How do I work?

FAQ

What is a sworn translation?

Sworn translations are those legal translations that are made in such a way that they have a legal effect with an official body. These translations carry the translator’s stamp and signature, so that it is responsible for it.

Are sworn translations valid outside the country of origin?

Sworn translation is valid abroad as long as a notary of Andorra legalizes the signature. It should be taken into account that, in addition to the signature and stamp, it may also be necessary to apostille the document, a procedure carried out by the Government.

How do I get a quote through the website?

Just click on the orange button on the upper right side of each page of this website and fill out the form with all the details that are detailed therein. In this way I can adjust the budget faster. If you see this content through your mobile, you have to press the three horizontal lines on the upper right side and then press “Request translation”.

How can I send you the project to be translated?

You can attach the project that must be translated in the form that you will find by clicking the orange button in the upper right side of the screen. If you see this content through your mobile, you have to press the three horizontal lines on the upper right side and then press “Request translation”. I recommend that you also fill out the rest of the information so that I have as much information as possible about your project.

How will I see the translated document?

Whenever possible I try to respect the format and look of the original document. This way makes it easier for you to recognize which part corresponds to each translated section.

How and when will I have to pay?

The payment of a sworn translation should be made before the delivery of the translated document by bank transfer or by cash when you deliver the document.
With regard to non-sworn translations, a part of the translation will have to be paid in advance and the rest will be paid before delivery.
